Maintenance Division Manager
We are seeking a manager for our landscape maintenance division. This manager will be responsible for all our landscape maintenance staff and multiple landscape maintenance accounts. The Maintenance Division Manager develops, interprets and implements policies and procedures, evaluates staff members, and makes employment recommendations. The landscape maintenance division manager ensures that staff members are properly trained and following standard procedures. The maintenance division manager will be responsible for multiple commercial and residential landscape maintenance accounts. Duties will also include visiting sites of future landscape maintenance accounts to discuss job requirements and to produce quotes and estimates.
Skills and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED (college degree a plus)
- Valid AZ drivers license and clean MVR
- Bi-lingual (Spanish and English) is a plus
- Excellent communication and management skills
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance including
methods, materials, equipment, tools and safety practices.
- Knowledge of Federal, State, and County regulations and
requirements for pesticide use. SPCC license preferred.
- Knowledge of records maintenance and report-writing
- Knowledge of office equipment and business software
- 10+ years experience in management or supervisory field
